Here's what Bob Lewis says about CBC.

"Any time you’re dealing with a bunch of General Managers who are also former salespeople who are high-ego and highly-driven individuals you’re going to have a lot of different personalities involved. But CBC’s been able to put a pretty good balance together as far as serving all of them differently. I think creative has been very good. The results we have been getting have been documented. Since they have been on board with us we have been growing by leaps and bounds. CBC has done an unusually good job of being able to pull all of these different ideas, that all these general managers had and that all the general managers use to try to develop on their own, pulled them all in, we unified it, standardized it but still kept the idea that each General Manager was doing his own individual thing. We get individual attention. I don’t know of any General Manager that’s in this organization that feels as though they’re being slighted by CBC and they’ve just done an unbelievable job of keeping everybody happy."

Listen to John Lee
John Lee became a dealer when he was twenty years old. Even at the age of twenty John knew he wanted to grow his business to include multiple points. John currently owns Ford Lincoln Mercury and Nissan stores in Wilson, North Carolina; a Hyundai store in Fayetteville, North Carolina; Nissan in Lumberton, North Carolina; and separate Kia stores in Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia.

John has General Managing partners in all his stores and his decentralized management style allows his partners to run their respective stores within the confines of the Lee Family Mission. Although John oversees the general operations of all his stores, he provides his partners with the tools and has confidence in them to make the day to day operating decisions.

Here's what John Lee says about CBC.

"We’ve had a great experience with CBC in many ways. From a directional standpoint in helping us to understand our markets. I feel that the information, the questionaires that the customer fills out at the point of delivery helps us gauge our advertising. I feel like we’re spending a stronger percentage of each ad dollar because of that program. The market research is invaluable to our success. The direction that they give us not only from that standpoint of view but from knowing what the market in general is doing in the United States with their broad range in customer base helps us better gauge our business. We consider CBC not just another vendor of ours but a very, very important member, equally as important member of our team as any of our team members. "

Here's what John Anderson says about CBC.

"The results in dealing with CBC is that they really help me pull it all together. They just make the thing work and they have a real good perspective and I think a fresh perspective and it's nothing that's duplicated anywhere in your marketplace. …I just can't say enough about them."
